Judge Jack F. Smith
 Jack Smith served as a Magistrate in the Denver Juvenile Court and went on to serve as a Arapahoe District Court Judge for many years, taking senior status in 2002.

Judge Jack F. Smith graduated from the University of Michigan in 1961, and the University of Michigan Law School in 1965. He is married, and his wife Nancy is a retail business owner. The couple have three daughters and live in Littleton.

Judge Smith started as a magistrate in 1981, was a County Court Judge, and became a District Court Judge in 1987. Before taking the bench he was counsel to the State Court Administrator. Judge Smith participates in training and mentoring programs for young attorneys. He is a faculty member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He has contributed materials on this website.
